The company behind the Jegindø – Limfjordens Finest products is Johs. Jensen Fiske- & Muslingeexport A/S. We have agreements with the Limfjord fishermen and every day they supply us with fresh mussels and shellfish from the Limfjord. The main part of it is landed in the harbour of Jegindø just outside our window. The raw material is processed at Jegindø before it is distributed to Denmark and all of Europe.

Johs. Jensen Fiske- & Muslingeexport A/S was established 1928. The company is situated at Jegindø – an island which is a little natural pearl in the Limfjord.

Our vision is, without compromise, every day to supply the highest quality of fresh seafood from the Limfjord and to provide the best service and flexibility to as well to our customers as our suppliers.

All of our products are subject to the strictest quality and environmental requirements in the EU. These requirements in combination with our comprehensive self monitoring programme ensure a high quality in all processes all the way from ordering raw material to delivery to our customers.
