Today the Danish Limfjord flat oyster is considered to be the best of all oyster stocks. It is characterized by its round, flat shape and its high quality.

The fishing only takes place in controlled and authorized areas.

We fish when the oysters are the most tasty: In the spring from March till May and in the fall from September to December.

We offer oysters in the following packing units

Limfjord oysters in wooden boxes in 4 different sizes.
We pack 20-25 pcs. per wooden box depending on the size.
