Our mussels are always freshly caught and immediately after landing, they are carefully sorted and thoroughly cleaned in fresh water from the fjord.

In our catch areas in the Limfjord the growth conditions are ideal due to the influx of fresh and fiery water from the North Sea, which makes our mussels meaty and very tasty.

Our mussels are MSC certified and they are dredged in a sustainable way with respect for nature and only in controlled and approved areas.
